2027 Wild West Shootout — Jan 8–17, 2027
The Wild West Shootout is the dirt late model season's first big paycheck: a January miniseries at Vado Speedway Park, just north of El Paso in southern New Mexico, where the national Super Late Model stars run a string of race programs over ten days while the rest of the country is frozen. Modifieds and X-Mods fill out each night. Vado's clay oval and the desert weather make it the easiest January dirt race in the country to attend.
