Short version
PitBoard is a motorsports schedule with a free tier and an optional PitBoard Pro subscription ($3/month or $24/year). Use it however you like, but always confirm dates, times, broadcasts, and ticket info with the official source before making travel or financial decisions. We aggregate public data and do our best, but we can't guarantee accuracy. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be canceled anytime. Outbound links go to third-party sites that have their own terms.
What PitBoard is
PitBoard is a browser-based dashboard that aggregates publicly available schedule information for the NASCAR Cup Series, IndyCar Series, Formula 1, NHRA, and local U.S. dirt, drag, and short tracks. Most of PitBoard is free to use without an account. An optional, paid PitBoard Pro tier unlocks features like unlimited saved tracks, calendar feed sync, email race reminders, schedule-change alerts, and theme customization.
PitBoard is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NASCAR, IndyCar, Formula 1, the NHRA, any broadcaster, any track, or any sanctioning body.
Accuracy of information ("As Is")
Schedule data, race times, broadcast channels, streaming availability, track locations, and event listings are sourced from publicly available information and updated automatically on a periodic basis. While we try to keep PitBoard accurate, schedules and broadcasts change without notice. Use PitBoard as a starting point, not as the authoritative source.
Always confirm event dates, start times, broadcast channels, streaming availability, and ticket information directly with the broadcaster, the track, the sanctioning body, or the official ticket vendor before making travel plans, purchases, or any other commitments.
PitBoard provides this information "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Third-party links
PitBoard contains links to third-party websites — including streaming services, ticket marketplaces, retailers, and informational sites. PitBoard does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, pricing, terms of service, or privacy practices. Following a link from PitBoard means you are leaving PitBoard and accepting the destination site's terms.
Affiliate relationships
Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning PitBoard may earn a small commission if you click through and make a purchase. This costs you nothing extra. PitBoard's editorial choices about which streaming options, ticket partners, or products to feature are made independently, but you should assume that any link to a commercial site may be an affiliate link.
PitBoard Pro subscriptions
PitBoard Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features described on the home page. Current pricing is $3 per month or $24 per year (USD). Pricing may change in the future; existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account.
To subscribe, you must have a PitBoard account (free, email-based, passwordless). Payment is processed by Stripe. PitBoard does not see or store your payment card information. You authorize PitBoard, via Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. Renewals happen automatically.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over a short period. If retries are unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your account itself and your saved data are preserved; you can re-subscribe at any time to restore Pro access.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your PitBoard Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, email [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription immediately and reply to confirm. (We are working on a self-service cancellation button inside your account; until then, email is the official channel and we typically respond within a day.)
When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of your current paid billing period — you don't lose access on the day you cancel. After your current period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. No further charges will be made.
Refund policy: PitBoard Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable for past billing periods (the period you're currently in or any prior period that's already been charged). Because cancellation is one-click and access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, there's no loss to you from canceling instead of seeking a refund.
That said, if something has gone genuinely wrong — you were double-charged, a feature you paid for stopped working for an extended period, or you subscribed by mistake and contact us quickly — email us. We will do the right thing on a case-by-case basis. We're a small, friendly operation, not a billing-dispute call center.
For chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer: please email us first. Working it out directly is faster for both of us, and chargebacks come with fees that we'd rather not pay if we can avoid it. Repeated fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your email address current and secure, since access to PitBoard accounts is granted via email-delivered magic links. If you lose access to the email address associated with your account, contact us and we will work with you to recover the account or transfer it to a new email.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion removes your profile data from our database. If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before deletion (or ask us to do both at once in your email).
PitBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules below, that submit fraudulent payment information, or that abuse the email reminder/digest system (for example, by creating accounts purely to test our rate limits). Termination of an abuse-related account is at PitBoard's discretion and may be without refund.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape PitBoard at a rate or scale that interferes with normal operation or with other users' access. If you want bulk data, reach out — we may be able to help.
- Attempt to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the site's underlying systems.
- Use PitBoard to violate any applicable law, including but not limited to laws governing intellectual property, broadcasting rights, ticket resale, or consumer protection.
- Republish PitBoard's compiled schedule data as your own product or service. Individual fact lookups are fine; wholesale redistribution is not.
- Create accounts in bulk, generate fraudulent payment attempts, or otherwise abuse the subscription, calendar feed, or email reminder/digest systems.
